Our office serves as a central hub within our institution, dedicated to manage and enhancing cooperation and international initiatives. The primary objectives of our office include promoting international partnerships, managing exchange programs, facilitating diplomatic relations, and ensuring compliance with international regulations. This office plays a crucial role in fostering global connections and facilitating cross-border collaborations. Through its activities, our office contributes to the cultivation of a global perspective, fostering cultural exchange, and advancing the institution’s goals on the international stage.

STUDENT AFFAIRS

To help you prepare your admission at Universitas Hang Tuah, please see the following general checklist for guidance. Please note that depending on your student program, you may also have other requirements to complete.

For Regular Program of Diploma 4 and Bachelor Degree

  1. High school graduation certificate
  2. Vocational school graduation certificate (if you are from vocational school)
  3. Police clearance certificate (SKCK in Indonesia)
  4. Maximum age of 23
  5. Single
  6. Non-formal schooling, Home schooling or Curriculum equivalency education package C (kejar paket C) are not applicable for Universitas Hang Tuah

For Regular Master and Doctoral Program

  1. Bachelor degree (or Diploma 4) certificate
  2. Bachelor degree (or Diploma 4) Transcript
  3. Identification (ID) card
  4. Family card
  5. Working experience (if any)
  6. Formal photo 2.79 cm x 3.81 cm (3 x 4)
